2019 Dahl Custom Home Wrap-Up

It’s hard to believe yet another year is behind us! And, with all of the busyness of the holidays, we wanted to take a few minutes today to reflect on 2019, and express gratitude for all of the people and custom home builds that were part of this past year! 

It truly was a wonderful year, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of the happiness and success we experienced thanks to our amazing team, clients, and our community! So, we wanted to extend a huge thank you to everyone.  

We also thought it’d be an excellent opportunity to share the homes that we built in 2019! So, without further ado… 

Greenbranch Lane, Cedar Rapids

This stunning Cedar Rapids custom home was snatched up by its buyers when they saw all of the unique features, including dual corner barn doors, a stunning two-story stone fireplace, a custom table designed and made for its owners, unique wood accent lighting features, and a custom walk-in tile shower. 

Heartland Drive, Fairfax

From the moment they walked in, the buyers were in love! This Fairfax custom home provided its new owners with unique tile flooring throughout, shiplap accent walls, a walk-in shower with custom tile, and a signature atrium walkout. 

Buckingham Place

From the wood beam and vaulted ceiling living room to the kitchen custom cabinetry to the master bathroom fully equipped with a floating soaker tub, this gorgeous Marion custom home was definitely a showstopper amongst our 2019 builds, and we’re happy it found the perfect buyers who will enjoy it for decades to come. 

Shellsburg

Truly an entertainer’s dream, this Shellsburg home boasted a wide array of spectacular features, including smart home features, a split bedroom floor plan, a large covered porch, and an extra-large kitchen island with a beverage cooler. 

Forrest Meadow Lane, Hiawatha

It’s no surprise that this home didn’t have any problems at all finding its owners! This gorgeous home featured three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a split bedroom floor plan, custom pipe shelving, custom kitchen with two-tone cabinets, and a covered deck. These new homeowners are in love with their new custom Hiawatha home, and we wish them many years of happiness in it.

Glen Oaks Drive, Fairfax

This charming Fairfax custom home boasted some pretty amazing features, which is why it’s no surprise that the owners fell in love with it so fast. Some of the features and amenities of the home included three bedrooms, two and a half baths, split bedroom floor plan, beautiful shiplap walls, a cook’s dream custom kitchen, an atrium walkout basement, and unfinished basement. 

1281 Tramore, Marion

We know that the happy buyers of this Marion custom home will enjoy years of creating happy memories in this home, featuring three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, split bedroom floor plan, atrium walkout basement, and an unfinished basement

Salm Drive, North Liberty

This North Liberty home indeed was a dream home! With a custom two-story farmhouse design, five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a hidden pantry, basement with wet bar, and in-ground pool with outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, we know the owners will be overjoyed for years to come! 

1424 Deerfield, Fairfax

This fabulous Fairfax custom home was a perfect match for its buyers who loved its unique farmhouse details, not to mention the spacious and thoughtful floor plan, which included five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-tone kitchen cabinetry with large hidden pantry, custom master bathroom with soaker tub, and finished basement! 

59th Street Trail, Center Point

This Center Point custom home was definitely a sight to see! It’s unique farmhouse details, coupled with a large pantry, shiplap accent walls, and spacious, open floor plan were just a few things that caused its new owners to fall in love!
